4. Click CONFIRM to add the item to your order
or press CHECK OUT NOW to add the item to your order
and go straight to the store

your card details, so please
press the NEXT button just ONCE and wait to be forwarded to
the order confirmation page.

ORDERING
All orders will be dispatched within
24 – 48 hours. On a standard
service which Normally takes between
2 – 5 working days. |
SHIPPING
CHARGES
Shipping costs are calculated automatically
by weight of goods ordered, according
to where your order is to be sent,
and the shipping class you have chosen.
In the RARE CASE where there is a variation between
the shipping cost calculated by the
store and the actual cost of the shipping,
we'll refund the difference!
Once your order is processed, we will
supply a parcel tracking number. You
can check the progress of your consignment
by entering the number on our ORDER
TRACKING page. |
SALES
TAX
UK and European Union Customers: Sales tax (Value Added Tax - VAT)
at 17.5% is added to the total cost
of all orders, including shipping
charges. Children's items are not
subject to VAT. |
BFPO Customers
The webstores will add VAT to all
orders for delivery to BFPO addresses.
However, if your BFPO address is
outside the EU and the delivery
country is added to one of the address
fields on the checkout form (you
must leave BFPO as the delivery
country at the checkout), we will
deduct the VAT when processing your
order.
If it is not obvious from the delivery
address that the destination is
outside the EU then we need a copy
of a VAT exemption form signed by
your CO. Please indicate that you
will be faxing (+44 (0) 20 8810
9779) or sending a copy of this
form to us, either somewhere on
the checkout form, or by sending
an e-mail to yinyangmartialarts@hotmail.co.uk Once this document is received,
the VAT will be deducted, and your
order will be processed.
Certain BFPO locations inside the
EU are also eligible for VAT free
sales. Once again, we can deduct
the VAT, but only if you fax or
send a copy of the VAT exemption
form to us, signed by your CO.
All Other Customers: no VAT sales tax is payable on orders
for delivery to non-European Union
overseas addresses.
